Job Overview:
The Officer, Administration plays a crucial role in providing efficient and technically proficient administrative support to the Business Centre and the Manager of the Business Centre.
This position is essential for enabling the operational effectiveness of the Business Centre and performing routine compliance tasks related to physical security, maintenance of premises, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver administrative support to enhance operational effectiveness of the Business Centre.
Manage routine compliance tasks, including ensuring the physical security of the premises and bank assets.
Oversee maintenance of premises and physical infrastructure.
Assist in budgeting and the implementation and delivery of corporate events or administrative projects.
Facilitate effective communication with clients and staff, addressing inquiries and coordinating schedules as necessary.
Support project coordination and provide assistance in various business operations.
Qualifications:
Type of Qualification: Diploma
Field of Study: Office Administration
Experience Required:
3-4 years of experience as an Administrator or Personal Assistant within the Business & Commercial Banking sector.
Experience in budgeting, event management, and general administrative projects.
Approximately 3-6 years of total working experience is required if no formal tertiary qualification has been obtained.
Client communication, events management, and project coordination experience are advantageous.
Experience in Retail Banking is preferred to better understand the business environment.
