Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Tender to join our team. The Bar Tender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to bar patrons. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a clean and well-stocked bar.

Education and Experience required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience in a bar setting

• Previous experience as a Bar Tender or similar role

• Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key areas of Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Take drink orders and prepare beverages according to recipes and customer preference

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area

• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices

• Collect payment and process transactions accurately

• Restock bar supplies as needed

• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
