Purpose of Job:
The purpose of this learnership is to participate in and complete a structured programme to develop potential talent within the field of administration or environmental management.
Programme Overview:
The 12-month learnership will encompass both theoretical training aligned with a NQF Learnership programme and practical, on-site work experience. It aims to enhance the skills and workplace performance of entry-level learners through the following elements:
Theoretical Component: Learning areas will include:

Computer Skills
Practical Experience: Learners will provide administrative support to managers and departments, improving general effectiveness and preparing for the workforce.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Assisting with environmental project lifecycle reviews and related reports.
Reviewing environmental legislation and files of contractors.
Conducting site inspections and audits, as well as compiling reports.
Coordinating meetings related to environmental projects.
Supporting the daily tasks of an Environmental Officer and providing updates during project meetings.
