Job Title: Call Centre Agent (X9)
Location: Pretoria
Job Type: Contract (Fixed Term Contract – 5 Years)

Job Purpose:
To handle customer calls according to prescribed Call Centre specifications, informing, assisting, and advising customers on all CIPC products, services, and related processes and procedures.
Key Performance Areas:
Efficiently and effectively respond to inbound customer calls.
Assist, advise, and inform customers regarding CIPC products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer service requests and queries, ideally on first call resolution.
Accurately capture all calls received, providing customer feedback as prescribed.
Contribute to the improvement of organizational performance standards.
Requirements:
Education/Training:
A three (3)-year Diploma/National Diploma/B Degree/Advanced Diploma in Call or Contact Centre Management OR
A three (3)-year Diploma/National Diploma/B Degree/Advanced Diploma in Communications/Marketing Management or Business Management.
A Call Centre certificate will be an added advantage.
Work Experience:
1-2 years’ Call Centre experience.
Additional Information:
Background verification, including criminal record and citizenship checks, will be conducted.
It is the applicant’s responsibility to have foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
