Job Description
Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages (CCPB) invites individuals with disabilities to apply for a Business Administration Learnership. Successful learners will complete a 12-month program and will be awarded a Further Education and Training Certificate in Business Administration (NQF 4).
The program includes both theoretical training and practical work experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry, which will emphasize the following areas:
Understanding stock and fixed assets control procedures
Developing administrative systems
Improving organizational effectiveness
Presenting frequently required information
Identifying and accessing information sources quickly
Planning and organizing personal work effectively
Setting, developing, and managing personal goals
Applying efficient time management processes
Maintaining necessary files and records
Skills, Experience & Education Required:
Completed Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
South African Citizen
Individual living with a disability
No prior experience required
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Computer literacy
Dedication to learning new skills
Unemployed and able to commit to the 12-month learnership program
