Duties and Responsibilities
As a Learner at Clover, your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional customer service by managing inbound and outbound interactions
Resolving queries and complaints through appropriate channels
Accurately capturing and confirming customer orders
Maintaining updated customer account information and informing them of issues where necessary
Promoting Clover and Principal products to customers, highlighting features and special offers
Supporting teamwork by assisting colleagues, participating in team meetings, and sharing responsibilities
Contributing to effective visual management of information
Educational Qualification:
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4
Recent Matriculation: Completed Grade 12 within the last 5 years (2020 - 2024)
Academic Marks: Minimum average of 60% in English and Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy
Computer Literacy: Advanced skills required
Employment Status: Must currently be unemployed
Previous Experience: Applicants must not have participated in a learnership before
