Job Title: Waiter - Explora Journeys
Job Description: Provide top-notch dining service to guests in assigned venues while establishing friendly relationships and promoting our menu offerings.
Key Accountabilities:
• Greet, present menus, and take orders from guests
• Present wine and beverage lists and assist guests with selections
• Ensure special diets and requests are fulfilled according to guest requirements
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and mise en place
• Supervise Assistant Waiters and perform Room Service duties when requested
Qualifications (Skills, Competencies, Experience):
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage (Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish, French)
• High School certificate is an advantage
• Experience in 4/5 stars restaurants, hotels, or resorts is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Passion for hospitality and customer service driven
• Cruise industry experience is an advantage
VISA Requirements: Possess a valid passport and seaman book
