Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer queries and correspondence promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Employment and Personal Verification: Conduct telephone verifications of employment and personal details to ensure accurate store card applications.
Database Management: Keep customer information updated in debtor systems to ensure the database is current and accurate.
Processing Store Card Applications: Process store card applications for various divisions to help grow the customer and credit base.

What You Need to Succeed
Educational Requirements
A Grade 12 certificate is essential.
Experience
At least 1 year of call centre experience, preferably in new accounts. Experience in processing account applications is an added advantage.
Skills and Knowledge
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with legislation like the Consumer Protection Act, POPI (Protection of Personal Information Act), National Credit Act, and ICASA regulations is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication is vital for assisting customers with account setup and inquiries.
Problem-Solving Skills: Quick identification of issues and providing effective solutions is essential.
Attention to Detail: High levels of accuracy are critical, particularly when verifying customer information and processing applications.
