To qualify for this position, you need:

  • Educational Qualification: Grade 12.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administrative functions.

Key Performance Areas

As an Administrative Support Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Office Support Services: Efficiently manage office-related administrative tasks.

  • Diary Management: Ensure proper scheduling and record-keeping.

  • Customer Services: Maintain excellent service standards for all stakeholders.


  • Correspondence Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications effectively.

  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and oversee meetings to ensure smooth operations.

  • Procurement: Manage procurement processes for goods and services.

  • Filing Management: Keep accurate and organized records.

  • Reporting: Generate accurate reports for the department.
