Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Maximize profits by assisting the manager in achieving sales budgets.
Support merchandise management and ensure adherence to stock loss management policies.
Assist in the financial execution and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage daily administrative tasks and provide information support.
Oversee stock holding and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support human resources-related activities within the store.
Qualifications
Education: Matric or equivalent.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of retail experience as a Shop Assistant.
Skills:
Computer literacy is a must.
Strong communication skills.
Additional qualifications related to retail/business will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Exceptional customer care skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers.
Accurate and efficient till operation skills.
High standards of work on the sales floor with a commitment to maintaining quality and housekeeping standards.
Proven record of attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to consistently apply Refinery values along with company policies and procedures.
Understanding of company visual merchandising strategies concerning stock intensity and SKU availability.
Good planning, delegation skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
High stress tolerance and personal integrity.
Ability to work during trading hours of the shopping center.
Understanding of receiving procedures and maintaining stockroom layout specifications.
