Key Responsibilities:

• Picking orders according to management requests.

• Packing incoming stock and taking inventory, reporting any shortages.

• Ensuring correct information is attached to orders and moving completed orders to the delivery area.

• Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Assisting with the appropriate wrapping, securing with stretch wrap, shrink wrap, and strapping.

• Loading and unloading trucks.

• Maintaining a clean, neat, and well-organized work area.

• Complying with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements

• Education: Matric (High School Diploma)

• Experience: 2-3 years of previous warehouse experience.

• Skills:

  • Computer literate (proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is a plus).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Understanding of warehouse safety regulations.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with hand-held scanning devices and lifting equipment (certification is a plus).

  • Physical strength and stamina.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
