Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating telephone switchboards and promptly answering calls.

  • Maintaining a neat and professional reception area with a friendly atmosphere.

  • Attending to visitors courteously and professionally.

  • Creating and updating a database for product inquiries and calls.

  • Sorting and distributing daily mail to employees.

  • Sending internal mail and other items via courier as needed.

  • Routing calls and documents to the appropriate employees.

  • Assisting various departments on an ad hoc basis.


Essential Requirements

  • Minimum Matric qualification.

  • Office Administration qualification (advantageous).

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Fluency in English and good telephone etiquette.

  • Customer service orientation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer literacy.
