Job Details
As a Receptionist at Cape Union Mart International, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and team members. This position requires a vibrant, well-spoken, and self-driven individual passionate about customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reception and Switchboard Duties:
Greet clients and team members professionally.
Answer and redirect telephone calls; record and relay messages accurately.
Monitor reception and client areas to maintain cleanliness.
Offer refreshments to guests.
Ensure the reception area is attended to at all times.
Administrative Duties:
Coordinate meeting room bookings.
Arrange courier deliveries and maintain records.
Manage package collections and deliveries from the reception.
Provide general assistance to team leaders and team members.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications Required
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or a similar role.
Experience in a clothing retail environment is an advantage.
Matric (essential) with a relevant qualifications in administration (advantageous).
Valid driver’s license (advantageous).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level preferred).
Excellent command of English is mandatory.
