Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) invites applications for its Young Professional-in-Training Programme (Horticulture), aimed at providing valuable opportunities for unemployed South African graduates aged between 18-35. This initiative is designed to empower young professionals through a comprehensive two-year graduate development programme.
Position Purpose
This programme offers participants institutional knowledge and on-the-job training across various functional areas, enhancing their work experience and improving employability prospects. Progress will be assessed every six months to ensure alignment with personal goals and TFR’s expectations.

Qualifications and Experience
Required Qualification:
BSc degree in Horticulture or National Diploma in a related discipline.
