Requirements
Duties
Operate high-volume photocopier machines and accurately make copies of documents.
Duplicate and sort documents as required.
Perform minor maintenance tasks on photocopying equipment and report any malfunctions.
Manage requisitions for photocopier materials and maintain stationery supplies.
Provide counter services to staff and assist with photocopying requests.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:
An appropriate national senior/Grade 12/NCV certificate (Level 4).
Knowledge:
Understanding of the operational environment related to photocopying and records management.
Familiarity with photocopying equipment and basic maintenance procedures.
Skills:
Proficiency in capturing forms on the database.
Planning and organizational skills for effectively managing workload.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Basic computer literacy and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of filing, recordkeeping, and office management practices.
Important Notes
Ensure that the Z83 form is fully completed and signed along with a detailed CV.
A user guide and instructional videos are available to assist in completing the application form and obtaining a digital signature.

Foreign qualifications must be evaluated by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA).

Additional Information
Candidates shortlisted for SMS posts will undergo a technical exercise to assess relevant skills, the details of which will be provided by the Department. Successful candidates will participate in a Competency Assessment, with a minimum entry requirement being a Pre-entry Certificate.

The successful candidate(s) will be required to sign an annual performance agreement, disclose their financial interests, and undergo a security clearance.
