Requirements

Key Responsibilities

As a Call Centre Operator, your main duties will include:

  • Providing accurate and professional information to patients regarding assessments, pricing, procedures, and centre operations.

  • Scheduling, amending, or canceling patient appointments and sending confirmation emails.

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls related to booking queries and slot closures.

  • Responding promptly to email inquiries from patients and providers.

  • Conducting enrollment calls for wellness programs and following up on outstanding patient accounts.

  • Assisting Clinical Care Coordinators with bookings and service coordination.

  • Ensuring high customer service ratings by efficiently handling calls.



  • Providing basic IT troubleshooting support for customers.

  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, bookings, and follow-ups.

  • Managing difficult clients with patience and professionalism.

  • Working effectively in a high-pressure environment with high call volumes.


Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Grade 12.

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a call centre or customer service role is advantageous.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and patient demeanor.

  • Ability to handle high workloads and demanding clients.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
