Introduction

Join our dynamic team as a Salesperson! We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual who will be responsible for selling products and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and suggest products that best meet those needs. You will work toward achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of our organization.


Key Duties

  • Sales Generation: Perform sales activities to maximize income and profit from various products and services.

  • Sales Targets: Achieve sales budgets/targets and contribute to the company’s income.


  • Customer Attraction: Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising and customer engagement.

  • Financial Processes: Handle cash and credit processes/administration in compliance with company policies.

  • Customer Interaction: Approach customers with a customer-centric mindset, ensuring a positive shopping experience.


Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric certificate).

  • Experience: 7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably in the retail sector.
