The successful candidate will be responsible for selling products and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll develop and maintain customer relationships, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products. Your contributions will be integral to achieving sales targets and driving growth for our organization.

Key Duties

• Sales Activities: Engage in all sales activities to generate income and maximize profits from products and services.

• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales budget/targets and contribute to overall income.

• Customer Engagement: Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising and engagement strategies.

• Financial Processes: Handle cash and credit transactions in accordance with company policy.

• Customer Focus: Interact with customers in a customer-centric manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric certificate).

• Experience: 7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably in the retail sector.
