Introduction
Join our thriving team at Bradlows in the role of Salesperson 2IC! We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual who will be responsible for selling products and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending the products that best fit those needs. You will also work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of our organization.
Key Duties
Sales Activities: Perform key sales activities to generate income and maximize profit from sales and services.
Sales Targets: Achieve sales budgets/targets and contribute to overall income.
Customer Attraction: Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.
Financial Processes: Handle cash and credit processes/administration in accordance with company policy.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a customer-centric manner.
Team Management: Effective self-management and teamwork to ensure smooth operations.
Branch Support: Stand in for the Branch Manager when the Branch Manager is not available.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Grade 12 (Matric certificate).
Experience: 7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably in the retail sector.
