Job Summary

Empact Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Warehouse Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks within the warehouse, ensuring the efficient operation of inventory management, order processing, and data entry. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Utilize warehouse management software to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.

  • Order Processing: Ensure the timely and accurate processing of both incoming and outgoing orders.

  • Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with warehouse staff to promote efficient and smooth operations.



  • Logistics Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating shipments and deliveries.

  • Inventory Audits: Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or issues within the inventory.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analysis on warehouse activities as required.

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the warehouse team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in warehouse administration or a related field.

  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and warehouse management software.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
