Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales budgets and maximizing profits.
Provide merchandise management support, including stock loss management and adherence to company policies.
Offer financial assistance and execution, including administration and management tasks.
Provide information support and ensure stock holding and adherence to policy.
Assist with human resource management and related tasks.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Matric or equivalent
Three to five years of retail experience as a Shop Assistant
Computer literacy and good communication skills
Further qualifications related to retail or business will be an advantage
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Outstanding customer care skills and ability to interact with customers
Accurate and efficient till operation skills
High standard of work on the sales floor and dedication to maintaining quality standards and housekeeping
Good record of attendance and punctuality
Willingness to apply Refinery values and policies in all aspects of work
Good understanding of company visual merchandising strategy
Good planning, delegation, and leadership skills
Personal integrity and high stress tolerance
Ability to work trading hours and understand receiving procedures
Ability to maintain stockroom layout and specification
