Requirements
Recommended Competencies:
Knowledge of the Labour Relations Act, Public Service legislations, and Human Resource Management policies
Familiarity with bargaining processes, dispute resolutions, and labour relations statutes
Understanding of International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions
Knowledge of TVET and CET Administration as well as the Higher Education sector
Proficiency in PERSAL

Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote and implement sound labour relations practices
Provide expert advice on labour relations matters
Participate in developing and executing labour relations policies and manuals
Conduct capacity-building initiatives for stakeholders
Manage and resolve grievances and disputes
Represent the employer in conciliation and arbitration proceedings
Handle case management for grievances and misconduct cases
Engage in collective bargaining processes
Strengthen stakeholder relations
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for policy compliance
Prepare comprehensive reports on labour relations matters
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:
Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent
Diploma or Degree in Labour Relations, Employment Relations, or Human Resources Management
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in Labour Relations or Human Resources Management
Skills:
Computer literacy
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel
