About the Role:
As the first point of contact for customers embarking on exciting journeys, you'll handle everything from initial inquiries to pre-event support. This role is all about delivering exceptional service with warmth and a sense of humor while driving memorable experiences for every client.
What You'll Do:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, chats and calls.
Monitor sales activity and provide support as needed.
Escalate queries related to challenges and ensure they’re resolved efficiently.
Assist the operations team in delivering seamless experiences.
Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
Contribute ideas for improving customer service processes and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
