JOB PURPOSE
Front desk and administration duties.
Requirements
Experience and Qualifications Required:
• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Proficient with MS Outlook and Excel.
• Minimum of 2 years’ reception and switchboard experience essential.
• Proficient in both Afrikaans and English.
• Own transport and a valid drivers’ license will be advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Effective reception services to support office operations
• Administration and management of incoming & outgoing mail
• Organisation of frontline desk and reception area
• Administration that is overflowing from other departments
• Maintaining the telephone management system
• Meter readings monthly
• Any ad hoc tasks as instructed and required by the manager
Skills and Attributes
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Professional presentation and neat image and appearance.
Working Conditions
• Monday to Thursdays 08:00am to 17:00
• Fridays 08:00 to 16:00
