Programme Overview:
This Graduate Internship Programme offers practical work experience to successful candidates for a period of twenty-four (24) months, with a monthly stipend of R7,450.75. Women and people with disabilities are particularly encouraged to apply.

Requirements:
3-year Diploma or Degree (NQF 6 or 7) in one of the following:
Financial Management Systems; Financial Management; Accounting
Human Resource Management/Development
Industrial Psychology

Management
Archives / Records Management
Information Technology
3 or 4-year degree (NQF 8) in Psychology/Social Work
Duties:
The intern will assist staff with general office duties, including but not limited to research, data entry, filing, and general coordination. They will render general administrative support in the chosen office.
Knowledge and Skills:
Computer literacy (MS Office Package: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; email system; Internet)
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to gather and process information
Good written and verbal communication skills in at least two official languages of the Western Cape
