Role Purpose
The Back Office Administrator will play a key role in facilitating clients’ financial success by coordinating and supporting the administrative and operational functions of the Momentum Life digital sales team.
Requirements
Education: Matric / Grade 12 or NQF level 4
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the insurance sales industry
Languages: Proficiency in Afrikaans and English
Knowledge: Understanding Momentum Life Insurance products and services is advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist stakeholders with the submission of onboarding applications via digital channels.
Provide reliable support to stakeholders to ensure optimal client service.
Utilize digital capabilities to enhance the administration process.
Adhere to product house workflows and service level agreements (SLA).
Maintain the quality of instructions received from stakeholders.
Build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders to enhance business value.
Understand and address stakeholders’ challenges to improve service delivery.
Manage service offerings and resolve queries to boost stakeholder satisfaction.
Identify and report on process and system failures, suggesting enhancements for stakeholder experience.
Accurately capture and verify new business documentation for errors and completeness.
Escalate faults and operational issues to relevant stakeholders promptly.
Perform administrative tasks to established standards, ensuring proper controls are in place for new business applications.
Complete all administrative duties and reporting within the agreed timeframes.
Utilize Business Process Management (BPM) across all processes, migrating from AWD to report on errors as per process requirements.
Ensure adherence to the termination process and timely communication with all stakeholders.
Facilitate seamless and accurate onboarding for stakeholders.
Accurately perform policy book transfers.
