Duties and Responsibilities:
High-Level Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Human Resources and Legal departments.
Legal Support: Assist with legal documentation and processes as required.
General Office Management: Ensure the smooth running of the office and manage basic operational tasks.
Communication and Liaison: Act as a point of contact between departments and external stakeholders.
Diary Management: Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
Requirements:
Education: Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
Attention to Detail: Must have high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
