Job Summary:

As a Control Room Operator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective surveillance around the operation area. This is a critical role that requires vigilance and skill in handling security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain effective risk management strategies at the Robertville branch 🛡️.

• Create and uphold an information network to investigate ongoing crime threats.

• Adhere to health and safety policies at all times.

• Control incidents happening across your designated area.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Matric Certificate (Grade 10-12) 📝

• Valid PSIRA Grade A or B certificate.

• Good administration and computer literacy skills.

• Contractable references and a clean criminal record.

• Reliable and sober habits, with prior security experience preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication skills.

• Excellent time management and problem-solving capabilities.

• Not easily intimidated and capable of remaining calm under pressure.
