• Minimum requirement: matric certificate (further qualifications equal to NQF 5 and 6 are also acceptable).

• Must have been unemployed for at least the last six months as of April 1, 2025.

• Not currently studying or have been participating in the FirstJob program under FirstRand previously.

• Good command of the English language and no criminal record.
