Job Responsibilities

In this Administrator role, you will be integral to the daily operations of Abbotts College, with responsibilities that include:

  • Supporting educational organization and administration.

  • Processing and maintaining pupil applications, acceptances, and records.

  • Assisting the Examinations Officer with Exams Administration.

  • Performing various administrative duties as required.

  • Managing reception and switchboard operations.

  • Typing administrative and academic material.

  • Assisting with school reports and enrolment processes.

  • Coordinating events and maintaining diaries for management.



Required Competencies
