1. General Worker Responsibilities: Manage overstocked, damaged, and short-dated stock efficiently. Skills Needed: Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.

2. Picker Responsibilities: Accurately select stock based on picking slips for store dispatch. Skills Needed: Ability to work efficiently with high accuracy.

3. Cycle Counter Responsibilities: Track stock quantities and maintain inventory accuracy. Skills Needed: Attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.

4. Forklift Driver Responsibilities: Load/unload trucks and move pallets within the warehouse Requirements: Valid forklift license.

5. Reach Truck Driver Responsibilities: Operate reach trucks and pack pallets onto racks. Requirements: Valid reach truck license and proficiency in operating machinery.

6. Auditor Responsibilities: Check stock for damages, ensure correct expiry dates, and verify stock counts before dispatch. Skills Needed: High attention to detail and organizational skills.

7. Combiner Responsibilities: Combine stock onto pallets, shrink-wrap them, and prepare them for delivery. Skills Needed: Physical strength and ability to work efficiently.

Minimum Requirements

To apply for these exciting roles, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Grade 12 | National Certificate.

• Experience: 0–2 years of warehouse experience (role-dependent).

• Licenses: Valid Forklift or Reach Truck license (for respective roles).

• Skills:

  • Basic mathematical skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Teamwork and good communication skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Deadline-driven mindset.

Work Conditions

Candidates should be willing to:
