As a Personal Shopper, you will be part of a team responsible for providing outstanding customer service. Your role includes offering guidance on products, preparing orders for delivery, and handling customer queries. It is essential to demonstrate excellent communication skills and strive to exceed customer expectations, while remaining in-store during working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making informed purchases by providing advice and excellent service.

• Support customers by fulfilling orders and handling payments in person.

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints and requests.

• Advise customers on suitable substitutes for unavailable or discontinued products.

• Report customer issues, supply shortages, and inferior products to management.

• Engage with customers and ensure all special instructions are followed.

• Ensure accurate selection, scanning, and packing of orders.

• Assist with order collection, packaging, loading, and payment as necessary.

• Keep track of product offerings and availability.

• Collaborate with store departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Manage priorities effectively to meet all deadlines.

• Follow lawful instructions from supervisors.

• Work as part of a team and assist colleagues in achieving common goals.

Job Requirements

1. Matric certificate.

2. Must be based in the area or nearby.

3. Fluent in English.

4. Ability to type in full sentences.
