📋 Job Summary:

As a Picker and Packer, your primary responsibility will be to identify and move stock for dispatch purposes. You will play a vital role in ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and ready for delivery. Selected candidates will also assist with stock taking and replenishment.

🔑 Key Performance Areas:

Your tasks will involve:

• Receiving parts from the receiving area and preparing them for dispatch.

• Assisting in investigating stock discrepancies and managing stock replenishment.

• Picking stock accurately based on picking slips to ensure timely delivery to the dispatch area.

• Notifying the warehouse manager in cases of unavailable stock.

• Assisting with loading equipment and parts onto client vehicles.

• Ensuring that all packages are packed according to company policies and procedures.

• Verifying that packed stock corresponds with the picking slip details.

🔍 Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

Interested candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Matric Certificate: Proof of completed Grade 12.

2. Criminal Record: Clear criminal record is essential.

3. Literacy Skills: Ability to read and write effectively.

4. Basic Calculation Skills: Competence in basic math for stock management.

5. Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.

6. Age Limit: No age limit for applicants.

7. Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office is advantageous.
