About the Learnership
RCL Foods is inviting dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to apply for the Baking Learnership Programme based in Pretoria West.
The program will run for 12 months and includes mentorship and coaching sessions that will cover all aspects of the baking process.
SETA Accredited: This learnership offers a formal qualification endorsed by SAQA.
Practical Exposure: Learners will gain hands-on experience required by RCL Foods, ensuring they are industry-ready upon completion.
Purpose of the Learnership
Through the Supreme Siyabhaka Academy, the program aims to:
Develop Skills: Nurture the abilities of young professionals in the baking industry.
Brand Awareness: Promote RCL Foods’ baking brands as symbols of excellence and consistency.

Qualifications
To be eligible for this learnership, candidates must possess:
A Grade 12 qualification with hospitality studies and mathematics (Literacy).
Computer Literacy (MS Office) is advantageous.
A strong drive to achieve performance, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
