What's the Job About? 🤔

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first face people see and the first voice they hear when they call Kia. You'll be helping visitors and customers, making sure everything runs smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting people with a smile! 😄

• Answering the phone and directing calls 📞

• Helping people with their questions and needs 🙋

• Making sure the reception area looks good 👌

• Handling admin tasks and paperwork 📝

What Do You Need? 🤓

• Matric Certificate: You need your school leaving certificate.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or switchboard operator is a MUST!

• Skills:

  • Good communication skills (both talking and writing).

  • Ability to handle many things at once (multi-task).

  • Know how to use office equipment like printers, switchboards, etc.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

• Personality:

  • Be able to work with people (customer focus).

  • Have good reading and understanding skills.

  • Be trustworthy.
