Position:
Receptionist: PEC Utility Management (Pty) Ltd.
Definition:
This outgoing individual with extraordinary interpersonal skills that can take initiative will be responsible for the switchboard and main incoming phone lines. Maintaining a high level of client service and ensuring customer satisfaction to clients will be essential.
Job Description:
• Answer incoming calls and distribute correctly
• Professional appearance and handling of walk in clients
• Assisting clients with basic queries
• Assisting portfolios/departments with ad-hoc tasks
• Timely completion of all administrative tasks
• Assisting Office Manager with duties
Requirements:
• Must be well groomed & presentable
• Work extremely accurate
• Excellent communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
• Excellent Computer Skills (MS Excel & Word)
• Excellent verbal and written skills (English & Afrikaans)
• Own transport essential (valid driver’s licence)
Qualification:
• Matric
Remuneration Package:
• Basic Salary
