Occupational Qualifications

The landscape of skills development is changing from historically registered qualifications to occupationally directed qualifications. For its part, the Services SETA is progressively developing, and where applicable, realigning historically registered qualifications into occupational qualifications. SAQA has registered 31 occupational qualifications for the sector as of 31 January 2023.

How to Get Involved 💯

If you are a training provider, make sure you apply to be accredited to implement learning programs in the registered occupational qualifications. Check out the list of registered qualifications on the application.

Requirements:

• They need to be accredited so they can do the job.

• They need to be able to provide these qualifications.
