2. Submit Your Information:

Learner Rights and Responsibilities

When enrolled in a learnership, you have both rights and responsibilities:

Your Rights:

• Access to training resources.

• Induction into the program.

• Certificate of competence upon successful completion.

Your Responsibilities:

• Comply with the employer’s policies.

• Participate in all training activities.

• Complete required assessments.
