Requirements:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Grade 12

• Desirable: Maths (50%) and English (50%) at Grade 12 level

• Desirable Experience: Previous customer-facing role in retail/FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all POS operational activities efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and processing payments, including clubcard rewards.

• Ensure safe cash handling at all times.

• Actively promote and enroll new Clicks clubcard members to meet participation targets.

• Inform customers about promotions to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.

• Deliver superior customer service and act as a professional brand ambassador.

• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer information.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Skills: Basic math skills, retail/FMCG background understanding merchandising and promotions, stock management, and a focus on customer service excellence.

• Essential Abilities: Planning, organizing, problem-solving, strong customer orientation, good communication, numeracy skills, and computer literacy.

• Competencies: Ability to relate and network, follow instructions, deliver results, work well with people, persuade and influence, and handle pressure effectively.
