What You'll Be Doing:

• Answering Phones: You'll be the phone superstar, answering calls quickly and professionally. 📞

• Greeting Visitors: Making everyone feel welcome with a big smile and a friendly attitude! 😊

• Keeping Things Tidy: Making sure the reception area looks neat and professional. ✨

• Handling Mail: Sorting and distributing mail to the right people. ✉️

• Helping Out: Assisting different departments as needed – be ready to learn new things!

• Database Management: Keeping track of product inquiries and calls.

What You Need to Shine ✨

• Matric Certificate: Your school certificate is a must!

• Office Admin Skills (Bonus): Any extra courses in office administration are a plus.

• Receptionist Experience: They want 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist.

• Good Communication: You need to talk and write well in English. 🗣️

• Phone Skills: Know how to handle calls with good manners.

• Customer Service Skills: Be friendly and helpful!

• Computer Skills: Be able to use MS Office and basic computer programs.
