Requirements:

• Contract Type: Learnership (12-month fixed-term)

• Location: George, South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn the commercial aspects of the sales environment

• Engage in customer care and management

• Apply marketing essentials and merchandising standards

• Improve communication skills and management essentials

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (pass of at least 40%) and two South African languages (pass of at least 40%)

• Age: Between 18 and 35 years

• Experience: No previous learnership or qualifications in the same field

• Other Requirements:

  • Must be a South African citizen

  • Employment Equity candidate

  • Unemployed at the time of application

  • Willing to commit for a 12-month learnership

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Confident, outgoing, and relationship-oriented

• Self-motivated with good planning and organizational skills
