What to Expect from the Learnership Programme
The learnership spans over 12 months and combines theoretical learning with practical experience in dairy reception and processing. Participants will explore various crucial areas, including:
Milk Reception: Understand the processes involved when milk is delivered, focusing on quality control and handling.
Nature of Milk: Gain insights into the properties of milk, including its physical and chemical composition, essential for maintaining quality.
Food Safety: Learn about hygiene practices and safety standards to ensure the products are safe for consumption.

Cleaning in Place (CIP): Familiarize yourself with methods for cleaning equipment without disassembly.

Who is Eligible to Apply?
This programme is aimed at unemployed South African youth aged between 18 - 29 years who have completed Matric. The best part? No previous work experience is required—just a passion to learn!
